Photogenic model contest 2012

We are expending our online business and we need a photogenic model to present our products to our beloved customers.

Terms and conditions for Photogenic Model Contest.

1)      Eligibility of participation:

• a) Participant must be of minimum 18 years old and maximum 30years old on the photo submission date.
• b) Participant must be female.
• c) Participant must submit her own photos.
• d) To help ensuring that each participant submitted her own photos, participant must ‘liked’ the ‘Photogenic Model Contest by Nunufish.com’ page in Facebook and submit the photos via email using the same email account used to ‘like’ the facebook page for this competition.
• e) Participant must be Singaporean or permanent residence of Singapore, Indonesian, Philippines, Malaysian, and Brunei. In case of Singaporean or Singapore permanent residence winner will have the option to earn a 1-year hourly paid contract with Nunufish.
  

 

2)      Rules for photo submission

This photogenic competition is intended for the marketing of Nunufish.com products. Therefore, each participating photo will need to show participant wearing one of the Nunufish.com tops, blouses, dresses or outerwear.

Photo submission for this competition shall be via email to nunufish@nunufish.com with subject: “Photogenic Model Contest 2012”.

• a)      There is no limit on how many Nunufish.com's products each participant can used on photo(s) submission. However, there is a limit of maximum 2 photos per Nunufish.com's product used that participant can submit. i.e. choose only the best 2 photos for each Nunufish.com products used for participating in this competition.
• b)       Eligible photos should fall within minimum resolution of 600x600 pixels and maximum of size 1.5mb.
• c)      The ratio for height and width of photos should be within the range from 3:1 to 1:3. i.e. the height of photo should not be more that 3 times the width and it should not be lesser than 1/3 of the width.
• d)      Each photo should show reasonable portion of participant face to ensure that the identity of the person in the photo is clear. i.e. no mask, excessive make-up or concealing head-wears.
• e)        Each photo should show participant in full. i.e. tip of shoe/toe to head.

3)      Timeline for the competition

• a)      This competition shall be divided into 2 phases.

i)        The first phase will be ‘Photo submission’ phase. This is the 3months period when Nunufish.com is open for photo submissions for the contest.

ii)       The 2^nd phase (Open Voting phase) will start 1 week after the closing of the first phase. This is the phase, when Nunufish’s panel of judges has selected the best 5 photos for open voting in Facebook for a period of 1 month.

• b)      The competition shall be open for photo submission starting from 14 Feb 2012.
• c)       The last day of photo submission shall be on 15 May 2012 (at 2359hours)
• d)      The open voting period shall start on 22 May 2012 (at 0000hours).
• e)      The open voting period shall close on 22 June 2012 (at 2359hours).
• f)       The winner with the most number of ‘Likes’ shall be announced on 25 June 2012.
• g)   Prize of SGD500 will be given through western union or paypal for winner who reside outside of Singapore thus paypal account is required. For Singaporean or Singapore's Permanent resident prize of SGD500 will be given by paypal or POSB/DBS/UOB bank transfer.
  

 

4)      Winning conditions and prizes.

• a)      The prize for this competition shall be cash SGD$ 500 and an opportunity to contract as model for Nunufish.com product ads. The terms of contracts shall be negotiated after the competition based on the experience and availability of the winner.
• b)      The winner of this competition shall be identified by the biggest number of ‘Likes’ clicked on her photo published on the ‘Photogenic Model Contest by Nunufish.com’ page during the phase 2 ‘Open Voting’ period.

 

5)      Rights for Nunufish.com

• a)      Nunufish.com reserves the right to change the T&C of this competition without prior notice to cover possible loop-holes and prevent abuses. In case of conflicting terms arises between T&C revisions, the latest T&C shall be upheld.
• b)      Nunufish.com reserves the right to terminate this competition if abuses arise from or within the competition.
• c)       Nunufish.com shall have the right to use photos submitted for this competition for advertising and marketing of Nunufish.com and its products.
