We will contact you shortly via email after your confirmed order. Items will be shipped within 24hours upon received payment (except for weekends). Alternatively, you may want to email us at nunufish@nunufish.comto let us know your preference.

Free/Non-Free Delivery Service
We provide free delivery islandwide (Singapore Island Only) for orders of minimum value SGD90.00. Free Deliveries can be by our van delivery service or by post delivery, whichever we deem fit or appropriate for the address or product purchased. Van delivery time slots will be allocated if no preference is given. For preferential delivery time, we will try our best to accommodate depending on delivery schedule.

For Direct Delivery, our time slots are
Mon-Fri:
o 2pm-5pm

Weekend:
o No delivery on weekend

Once the order is packed and ready from warehouse, we will call to arrange and confirm the delivery slot for you. Delivery slots will be next available and usually should be within 1 or 2 business days.

Self Collection (Pick-Up)
Customers can also arrange to pick up at Braddell MRT station. We provide pick-up service at 7pm, Braddell MRT station, from Monday to Saturday.

Customers are encourage to make payment by internet banking or ATM transfer to our saving bank accounts[UOB#416-114-904-1 or POSB#172-02096-8] before self-collection appoinment as this way we can reserve the item before meet-up as it might happen that other customer who paid faster could get the last piece of in-stock item.

Self Collection has to be prearranged and is usually ready the next business day. You may write down the preference time slot during check-out process in the note box.

SingPost Local Delivery:
All items will be posted by normal post.

The rates we charge is exactly what Singpost charge and can be checked at http://www.singpost.com/quick_services/quicks_03postal.htm

Envelopes and Packaging materials will be provided by us free.

Items dispatched this way, the order will be considered delivered once we have dropped the shipment. We do not responsible for any damaged/lost items by normal post.
For Optional Registered Mail, please choose “register mail” during check out. $2.30 additional chargeable for registered postage. Signature is required at the delivery address to accept the items. Delivery time is usually next business day, but certain bulky items can take up to a week. We will only attempt to trace or enquire about the shipment 7 working days from shipment date.

Shipping Overseas ...

Malaysia, Brunei, Australia....all are welcome. We ship worldwide. Country outside of Singapore is required register mail to avoid any chance of package lost. International shipping cost is available via zone rates during check-out. If zone rate is not shown during check-out, please contact us at nunufish@nunufish.com as this usually mean shipping cost to your country is temporary not available.

We accept bank remittance transfer or credit card payment(via paypal) for international order.

For Credit card payment:
1) Make order through our website and choose Paypal payment method during checking-out process and complete the payment process. 

2) Your order will then process and update within 24hours after payment made. You can check your order status by login to your account in nunufish.com

For bank remittance transfer:
1) Make order through our website and choose ibanking/ATM transfer method during checking-out process. Take note the bank information.

2) After confirmed the total, ask your bank to do a remittance transfer to Singapore Standard Chartered bank:
