- Q: How do I check my order status?
A: After payment made, your order will be dispatched within 24hours(except for Saturday & Sunday). You can check your order status anytime by login to your account. We will also send out email each time we update your order status.
Q: What if I did not receive any email notification from nunufish?
A: This usually is due to our email being sent to your junk/spam mail folder. Kindly add our email address nunufish@nunufish.com to your email 'safe list' so that our email will be able to deliver to your email's inbox.

Q: How does self-pickup work? How do I choose time and date?
A: Nunufish provide self-pickup at Braddell MRT 7pm , from Monday to Saturday at no cost for your convenience. What you need to do is to write down the date in the note box during checkout procedure. Please note that order available for pickup only at 'next working day' and provided order is paid. We will then confirm and email you about the meet-up detail.
